A BID for a NEW 2,550 SF S.F. TD Bank branch is being requested through this Request for Proposal (RFP). The work includes, but is not limited to: Site Demolition, Sitework, Fences, Cast in place concrete foundations and slab, masonry (brick veneer), structural steel and miscellaneous iron (Structure for Drive-up canopy is to be provided by others, downspouts, cladding and painting remain in this scope of work), cold formed metal framing, rough and finish carpentry, wood framing, exterior fiberglass cornice fabrications, Hardiboard panel, AZEK Trim, insulation, EIFS, Air Barrier Membrane, Single Ply Roof System, sealants, doors, frames and hardware, aluminum entrances, glass entrances, glass and glazing, Louvers and vents, Aluminum Sun Louver Awning, Drywall, ACT, Porcelain Tile, Painting, Specialties, toilet accessories, appliances, Plumbing, HVAC (including EMS system) and Electrical. Please carefully REVIEW the ALTERNATES requested below and the NOTES indicated below that clarify the scope of work and reflect them in your quote. ***THIS IS A UNION PROJECT - ALL TRADES TO BE UNION *** ALTERNATES: ADD ALTERNATE #1: Provide (5) arborvitaes in lieu of aluminum trash toter enclosure ADD ALTERNATE #2: provide (1) EV charging station (Chargepoint CT4011-GW1, single output) located per civil plans; charging station to include a concrete footing and anchor bolts per manufacturer's recommendations in addition to (2) standard TD bollards with footings ADD ALTERNATE #3: Fire alarm controls as noted on E-300 ADD ALTERNATE #4: Lighting controls to be provided as part of EMS system NOTES: 1. All trades bidding must be union. 2. Bidders are to pay close attention to Responsibility Schedule that indicates who is to provide and install the various construction elements; Responsibility Schedule is on drawing G-002. 3. Asphalt needs to be completed before onset of winter. 4. Structure for Drive-up canopy is to be provided by others. Downspouts, cladding and painting remain in this scope of work. 5. Millwork scope includes the Teller countertop and cabinets as part of the scope of work, the Teller Drawer Safe (M-42 unit) and all window sills. Provide as an ADD ALTERNATE the 1” thick ECOSTONE material for the Smart ATM countertop shown on A-504. 6. Drywall finish is LEVEL 5. 7. Porcelain Tile (PT-2) continues into ATM Room 113 from Vestibule 101 and under new ATM. Approximate dimension of Porcelain Tile inside room is 2’-0” X 3’-10”. 8. Electrical sub to furnish and install electric strikes as required. 9. Photovoltaic system is by others, turn-key by SOLULAR, power by EC. 10. An ALLOWANCE of $30,000 will be carried for the relocation of the underground and OH electrical lines shown on the Civil DEMO plan 3 of 15. 11. Construction Start: July 24, 2017 – Construction Total Duration: 19 weeks. 12. Foundations for Pylon Sign are part of the scope of the work.

This is a NEW 68,257 SF Stop & Shop store achieved by remodeling the abandoned K-Mart store location in this Plaza. WORK INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: select demolition, slab cutting & patching, slab infills, cast-in-place concrete, polished concrete, concrete topping, metal fabrications, miscellaneous metals, carpentry, architectural woodwork, insulation, roof cutting and patching, air and vapor barrier, sealants, traffic doors , doors, frames & hardware, storefronts, automatic doors, drywall, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet, hard tile, epoxy flooring, painting, specialties, vinyl wallcovering, toilet partitions & accessories, loading dock equipment, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electric. Please review carefully the ALTERNATES and NOTES below and include them in your quotes. ALTERNATES: ALTERNATE #1 - VACUUM CONDENSATE PIPING SYSTEM: plumbing subcontractor to provide alternate pricing for the installation of a vacuum condensate piping system and all associated work; Electrical sub to make all electrical connections for the same system in this alternate.
